Acceptance
By purchasing or using Mindshift Labs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the Mental OS PDFs and the Mindshift app. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access with others.
Payments & subscription
The $25 one-time payment grants you immediate access to the PDFs and 30 days of Pro app access. On day 31, a $9/month subscription activates automatically via Paddle. You can cancel at any time from inside the app or by contacting us.
Cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. The PDFs remain yours permanently after purchase.
Limitation of liability
Mindshift Labs provides tools and content for personal development. We make no guarantee of specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
