If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@mindshiftlabs.lat with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address you used to purchase. We process all refunds within 3–5 business days through Paddle.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. To request a refund for a subscription charge, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will issue a full refund.
