Privacy Notice
What we collect
When you purchase, we collect your email address, name, and payment information (processed securely by Paddle — we never see your card details). When you use the app, we collect usage data such as habit completions, streaks, and session activity to power your Mental OS. If you take the free Mental OS quiz, we store your email address and quiz answers to deliver your result and send you occasional updates from Mindshift — you can unsubscribe anytime.
How we use it
Your email is used to deliver your PDFs, send your daily mantra email and weekly AI-generated mantra, and communicate important account updates. Usage data powers your personal dashboard and AI-generated content. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Paddle (payments), Supabase (database & authentication), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI mantra generation). Each operates under their own privacy policy and processes only the data necessary for their function.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@mindshiftlabs.lat. We will process your request within 30 days.
